Oscar, the assistant service manager,is great! I was stranded on the highway when some debris flying off a truck flew under my Escape and ripped a hole in my gas tank. I was towed past the closest Ford dealer who said they were too busy to check on my car. Oscar said we're never too busy to help so we landed at Hawk. Best thing! Oscar and the service manager pushed my car onto a rack, saw the problem, rented me a car, got the new tank, installed it, and gave it back to me as promised. They were ready and willing with a smile and a handshake. Would recommend them to anyone More
