They will not even reveal the actual price until they find out where your credit rating falls even with proof of said advertising. It is quite clear that they will play"the game" on either the vehicle price or the financing to benefit their outcome. Have great credit and they will not benefit by their banks issuing a lower interest rate and will reveal a price thousands over the advertised price thus creating a higher profit on the sale. If credit comes back mediocre they will benefit from bank's premium interest rate and will then seem to work on the price of the vehicle. Either outcome shows a very high lack of integrity and consumers would do best by steering clear of this dealer who's only goal is to take as much money as they possibly can from your pocket. Transparency is nonexistent and it would be too difficult to advertise honest pricing that a consumer could rely on instead of misleading advertising to pull consumers in the door with only to be faced with the numbers game. This was my second attempt to buy a new vehicle from this dealership. In 2015 I made a successful deal on a Ford Explorer. This instance was completely different, after 5 minutes Joe stated this is the price I dont play games. I left the dealership but decided to call back to further attempt to negotiate. I was met with shouting over my attempts to speak and profanity laced rants about how he doesnt play games. Never again will I or my family set foot in this Ford dealership. More

Egregious Dealership The only reason I contacted this dealership was because they had one of the only two remaining 2017 Ford Tranist 250 extended wheel base low roof Ingl The only reason I contacted this dealership was because they had one of the only two remaining 2017 Ford Tranist 250 extended wheel base low roof Inglet Silver vehicles in the State of Illinois. I signed off on the paperwork, waited two weeks for delivery, walked into the dealership and was told I needed to re-sign all new paperwork (I thought that was unusual), and was delivered an F150. They switched the vehicle. When I asked the salesman why he delivered a vehicle to me that he knew clearly was not the one negotiated for, he said "I don't dispute that, but you pointed to the 150, so I thought you wanted the 150". What?!?!?! I want to stress here that the commercial salesman knew exactly the vehicle I wanted because I was very specific that a 150 was not an option due to my transporting and towing needs. So why would a dealership do this? I'm sure they'll be asking themselves that same question down the road. More

Couple of Ford Edge models when your salesman, Eric Villamor approached them. He found out that I was had a disability & offered to bring the 2017 Ford Edge Titanium to my home nearby so that I can see & ride in it! This gesture made our entire experience truly exceptional & Eric was very knowledgeable, courteous & professional. Once at the dealership, he made the our car buying process go so much smoother despite the length of time to close the deal. We got a great deal & drove our new SUV home! Thank you Eric! We will recommend Hawk Ford in Oak Lawn & Eric To our family & friends!!! More

Take the Money and Run We bought a brand new 2017 Ford Escape, and within 2 months the alarm was dinging constantly and the alarm wouldn't set when trying to lock it. Three We bought a brand new 2017 Ford Escape, and within 2 months the alarm was dinging constantly and the alarm wouldn't set when trying to lock it. Three different trips in for service could not find or resolve the problem. The last time they told us to bring it in so they could speak with Ford engineers, and when we got it there, said they needed to keep it for 3 days. They would get us a loaner but we had to provide a credit card, which we don't have. Never mentioned having to keep the car previously. When we said we couldn't do that, they told us to try another dealer closer to our home. They were very glad to take our money to sell us the car, though. Now I have a brand new car that annoys the heck out of me with its dinging, and that I can't set an alarm on when I leave it. More
