Bad service After dropping car off for early appt and not hearing back from them I had to drive there to check on car because all I got was voicemail. Arrive to find they haven’t done oil yet....they forgot.?? Then they do change and dont use full syn as ordered. Service manager Ken doesn’t return calls....very dissatisfied and this is my second bad experience in a row. More

Satisfied!!!!! I came in to repair my 2012 focus and I left with a new 2018 Focus. Thanks to my Sales Associate Esteban Cintron. He saw that my old car had over 200k I came in to repair my 2012 focus and I left with a new 2018 Focus. Thanks to my Sales Associate Esteban Cintron. TERRIBLE experience!!! Brought my 2012 explorer in for A.C problems they told me over phone it would be $350 to repair. When i went to pick up my truck the bil experience!!! Brought my 2012 explorer in for A.C problems they told me over phone it would be $350 to repair. When i went to pick up my truck the bill changed to $450. After requesting a manager i was "allowed" to pay the $350 I was quoted. THE NEXT DAY my A.C is still not working so i was told to drop my truck off again which i did on a Tuesday by Thursday I had to CALL THEM as to status of my car, the tech hadnt looked at it yet so i complained about not having a means of transportation so they tell me to come in for rental car from Enterprise not a loaner from Ford. I pick up rental car and couldn't 3 days pass with NO WORD on my car I finally call them and was told it would be another $246 to repair a switch which may or may not fix the problem. I decline service told them to judt give me my car back which they did. Two days later my credit card was charged $243 for rental car, when i called Ford to find out why the service Manager had the nerve to tell me the rental car was a privileged. A PRIVILEGE??? YOU overbooked repairs so you couldn't see my car in a timley fashion failed to contact me in a timely manner charged me $350 for NOT REPAIRING my A.C then to add salt to injury you stick me with $243 rental car bill. #hawkford More

Hawk Ford failed me repeatedly during my Transmission repair experience. No contact from Service Manager after initial visit. Expect him to be unresponsive to calls and emails. Aggressive sales pitch to buy a new car by men who didn't see the irony of calling the Ford I bought from them and had services by them 'worthless' while trying to sell me on the same car, only newer. Really? The one star in this review is a shout out to the service tech who diagnosed and replaced the transmission. More
Hawk Ford sold me a Lemon This dealership is one of the worst ever. They sold me a 2006 Jetta in February 2018, and had slapped new pads on old rotors. The AC Compressor is broken, radiator assembly doesn't work, and this is only part of it. I took the car in several times and they refused to take the car back unless I bought another one. Since I had paid cash I didn't have more funds to give them. Buyer beware of used cars this.dealership sells you. The problem also was that the used car manager wouldn't allow me to drive it off the lot. That should have been a deal breaker and a Red Flag right there. Plus later I didn't have heat in the car. The GM and the head mechanic tried to convince me that the car takes 30 minutes to warm up, which is not true. No car should take that long to barely warm up. Very bad customer service from management to one of the customer service reps. I am still having problems with this car now the AC isn't working had to pay for a compressor, and the car is still not working. To do anyone like this is bad, but to do a senior citizen like this is even worse. BEWARE OF HAWK FORD DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE UNETHICAL!! A Disappointed Customer More

Hawk Ford St Charles, apparently just like Oak Lawn I have been shopping for cars for over 30 years. My wife and I went to check out a used car, not exactly what we were looking for, but a possible I have been shopping for cars for over 30 years. My wife and I went to check out a used car, not exactly what we were looking for, but a possible second choice. The salesman was fine, took time to look up some information for us, and took us for a test drive. The disappointing part was when he brought the Sales Manager over. The first words out of his mouth were Why don't you call me when you are serious. I could have written him a check for the car we were looking at, it was as if he thought we were wasting his time. It was a weekday afternoon, and the dealership was empty. I won't return to this dealership ever, and am telling everyone I know not to bother either. I shopped here when Zimmerman owned it, was always treated well, apparently Hawk has a different attitude. If I was bothering the Sales Manager so much, he could have just stayed in his office, and not come out to make rude comments to customers. Like I said, I will never bother him again, so he can go back to surfing the web, or whatever I must have interrupted him from that upset him so much. Stay away! More
They Ripped Me Off Totally screwed me financially... Thank God I didn't but a Ford... I will never deal with FORD ever again. I offered to write check for the vehicle (Camero). I had a waiting period of 10 working days to get the money out of a "Trust". I was offered financing. I refused because out of my trust I wouldn't have to pay fees or interest payments. The Finance guy told me I could take possession of the car today if I took out a 45 day loan. I refused. He insisted there would be no fees or interest charges as long as I paid off the loan before the 45 day period. I agreed. When I got the bill 3 weeks later... it was a 7-year loan agreement and there was already a $181.00 interest charge on the statement. ($181.00 on the 1st statement)?? I paid the full amount and paid off the car, but they ripped me off and the deanship refused to reimburse me the money I was told I would not have to pay. Don't buy here... they just rip you off! More
