Excellent service I brought my car in for a number of repairs and for some body work. I dealt with Kevin on the service side and Ron on the body shop side. Despite the fact that I interrupted Kevin‘s dinner was a laundry list of things that needed to be done, he provided timely and incredibly friendly service. Kevin even went out of his way to call me on his day off to bring me up to speed with A number of the issues. This is the first time that I have ever used hawk, and I can assure you that I will return if the occasion should arise again in the future. Working with Kevin and Ron was incredibly easy. More
Not all dealerships are alike I went to a different Ford Quick Lane, because it was closer to my house. The other dealer just wanted to sell me a new tire, because there was a "bub I went to a different Ford Quick Lane, because it was closer to my house. The other dealer just wanted to sell me a new tire, because there was a "bubble in it." I went to Hawk Ford, where I bought the car. I have tire insurance and was told that there was a nail in my tire. The tire was replaced, and I was kept apprised of everything (they had to get a tire from their warehouse) while I was waiting. It was replaced and I was on my way! Not all service centers or dealers are like. I have been pleased with Hawk Ford and will continue to use them. More

But after speaking to the young lady in scheduling she said an appointme At first the gentleman said they had no appointments available when I called. But after speaking to the young lady in scheduling she said an appointment was available in the afternoon. After bringing my vehicle in, Eva in service was right on with getting the process started. After about 45 minutes she came back and told what the problem was, she also said the part was in stock and my vehicle would be ready in a couple of hours. She also handled the extended warranty process for me. All in all I was very pleased with the service I received !! Keep up the good work !! More

Horrible Service and Customer Service The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Saturday, February 23, 2019 I took my car for service. During the multipoint inspection The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Saturday, February 23, 2019 I took my car for service. During the multipoint inspection they identified some additional issues including an issue with the power steering totaling $1609. I agree to the work, they fixed the car, I paid and went on my way. On Monday, February 25, 2019 the inside of the car filled with nauseous smoke and it smelled like the car was on fire. The car is taken back to the dealership, we wait a hour and a half and are not given the status of the vehicle. I ask the customer service rep about the status of the car, he doesn’t know if the car was serviced or the diagnosis. Finally he checks with the mechanic and tells me that he has to replace the hose that they already replaced on Saturday! Additionally they don’t have the part, I’m shuffled off to the cashier with no additional details or timelines. I ask to speak to a manager, Nick (Sales Manager) comes out and he tells me that he didn’t do it (seriously?). No apologies or empathy, nothing but lack luster energy. After this incident, I will not spend any more of my hard earned money with Hawk Ford! More

Waiting game I was shown several vehicles that did not fit the types of packages I was asking specifically to see. It was a game of back and forth, I didn’t care for the dramatics of it all. When I reported that I was not comfortable with purchasing a vehicle that was not what I wanted, I was told by the salesman that I lost him a certain amount of money- very inappropriate comment considering I waited at least 1 hour to be seen a car that wasn’t what we asked to see. While waiting for the aforementioned vehicle I asked clarifying question about what type of car was being brought to the dealership the salesman admited to not knowing- just an awkward encounter. I bought a vehicle at Countyside Autobarn with no back and forth and great service- would highly recommend them. I would never recommend Hawk Ford in all sincerity, there’s a reason they have to buy a bunch of radio and TV as space. More
