Service complaint Only complaint is I bring my car in every 5 months for service as I do not drive 5000 miles in 5 month period. Not Happy Received a recall for the passenger airbag on my 2011 Fusion. The staff behind the counter were great and I got a call to pick up my vehicle sooner Received a recall for the passenger airbag on my 2011 Fusion. The staff behind the counter were great and I got a call to pick up my vehicle sooner than expected. However, the latch to close the armrest on the center console no longer functions. I would have thought if things were moved around you would make sure it still worked before returning the vehicle. I was rather annoyed when I discovered this as you can imagine. The thought of taking my free time and returning for something minor like this quite frankly angers me. On the other hand, my wife came with and had the oil changed on our Explorer at your Quick Lane. First in, first out. That part went well. More
