He came in and gave me an update when he said he would and since the service was going to take a bit longer allowed me to use a dealership car to run errands. It was so refreshing to have expectations exceeded and for them to consider your time. My service rep was Todd who I hope to work with again in the future!! More

Horrible Alexander is horrible and lazy in the quick lane service area, said he couldn't look up my rewards but than read it to my husband and blamed Ford Comp Alexander is horrible and lazy in the quick lane service area, said he couldn't look up my rewards but than read it to my husband and blamed Ford Company....he also lied when my husband called to complain saying that myself, as a female, didn't understand him trying to explain that they changed how the reward points were being used. It's sad because the service is quick but in the future I would rather take my vehicle to McCarthy and wait longer instead of dealing with the run around. More
