Extremely dissatisfied I had an appointment at noon and was not seen until 12:45. Once my car was in the back for 15 minutes the guy behind the desk asked me what service I I had an appointment at noon and was not seen until 12:45. Once my car was in the back for 15 minutes the guy behind the desk asked me what service I was having done. My car was done at 1:25 and I sat waiting to be called. 15 minutes later I went up and asked about my car. He said he was getting my paperwork. Then I went to pay and found out the rewards program changed. I don't download apps so I guess I'm out of luck. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere. More

Exceeded Expectations I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment and the service staff was very understanding and kind. He reviewed everything completely and told me exac I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment and the service staff was very understanding and kind. He reviewed everything completely and told me exactly what to expect. He came in and gave me an update when he said he would and since the service was going to take a bit longer allowed me to use a dealership car to run errands. It was so refreshing to have expectations exceeded and for them to consider your time. My service rep was Todd who I hope to work with again in the future!! More
