2017 Ford Explorer I brought it in for some concerns I had. I was told by my service writer that there would be no charge if I decided not to do the work. She gave me th I brought it in for some concerns I had. I was told by my service writer that there would be no charge if I decided not to do the work. She gave me the part numbers so I could possibly do the work myself as it seemed simple. When my wife picked up the truck she was charged $75! I called back and spoke to the service writer who told me that she made a mistake and was now charging me $75! Seriously? $75 for some part numbers? $75 after you lied to me and scammed me to get my car back untouched? I will never visit nor will I refer anybody to Hawk Ford! What a total and complete rip off! More
