Disappointed Purchased my 2015 Ford edge and love it... For the most part. A few issues with the vehicle were handled and taken care of. Fernando was excellent at doing his best to accommodate my situation of traveling from Green Bay. Have a new issue now with the tie rod after only having it a couple days. Wish the vehicle would've been inspected better before listing it. More

Hawk Ford’s service department is the best! I was told the service would be about 4 hours. As I waited, Todd kept me updated on the status of the repair. When it became obvious that the repair would take longer, he offered me a loaner. Sooo I really enjoyed having the 2019 Fusion for 2 days! Todd is funny, and conversational. He really made me feel like a valued customer. More

Excellent Service I went to Hawk Ford after I was ran by numerous banks that were in authorized, at other dealerships.
