Very poor service I brought in my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport twice for the same issue, the truck was given back to me filthy both on the outside and the inside. This time was definitely different. I normally dread having to take my car in for service bc each time its a nightmare. No one ever knows what the heck they are talking about and the cus I normally dread having to take my car in for service bc each time its a nightmare. No one ever knows what the heck they are talking about and the customer service was always poor. However this time i dealt with Tod only and it was the first time i had a great experience taking my car there! He started working on my car before my scheduled appointment date. He kept me posted on eveything that was going on with it. Heade sure to get me in loaner even though they were short on those. I had my car back within a week which is the first time that had ever happened!. Thanks tod!! More

Fixed Car But Then Found Damage To Interior I had my car in because it was overheating. My experience was okay until I received my car back. The next day I noticed that there was damage to the I had my car in because it was overheating. My experience was okay until I received my car back. The next day I noticed that there was damage to the trim around the gear shifter in my car. It is scratched in places now and the top coat of plastic is peeling. I tried calling to find out if it had to be removed to complete the work, but was quickly told that I would need to bring the car in for a manager to look at and that they were only there until 5 p.m. daily. I work till 5 normally, so I had to wait until the end of the week to bring my car in. Also, I wanted to find out over the phone if the piece needed to be removed to work on my transmission and did not receive an answer. On top of that, I replied to system text messages and used the "contact us" form to find out and never received a response. Today when I arrived, a manager never looked at it, and I was told that nothing in the interior needed to be removed to complete the work. It was also mentioned that the damage "looks to be wear". The car is not even 4 years old with only 31935 miles on it and it just happened to show signs of wear after being in for service for an entire week? I'm certain it was not anything I did and I'm the only person driving the vehicle. On top of that, no offer for me to purchase a replacement part was even made. I didn't bring it up as I will likely purchase from another service center now. The 2015 Ford Focus has been a nightmare of problems ever since I purchased it, so I cannot blame my experience completely on this dealership as the car is lemon. The clutch has been replaced several times with the TCM and PCM being calibrated even more. This is on top of several other problems including the cooling fan needing to be replaced and HVAC blower needing replacement. This last repair had several parts replaced inclusing the following part numbers: 8C607, 14526, 7H183, 7B546, and 70542. I'm still not confident that nothing needed to be removed internally, but I guess I'm stuck with the damage now. More
