Hawk Ford Quick Lane Is Amazing I called Quick Lane to check on the wait time, I spoke with Alex and he informed me that there was no wait at the moment. I was in the area so I went I called Quick Lane to check on the wait time, I spoke with Alex and he informed me that there was no wait at the moment. I was in the area so I went right in and was done in less than an hour. Alex was very helpful and pleasant. They offer coffee, tea and television while you wait. Alex informed me of what all was needed to keep my car running in good condition. Service is excellent at Hawk Ford’s Quick Lane. More

Dissatisfied with communication The service manager I was assigned to failed to provide me with up-to-date information regarding the service of my vehicle. Initially I was told that The service manager I was assigned to failed to provide me with up-to-date information regarding the service of my vehicle. Initially I was told that I would receive my serviced vehicle by the end of the business day, however it turned out that my car took a total of three business days. Including the weekend, I was without my vehicle for five days. I was left to continue calling my service manager around the 4pm hour each business day for status updates because A. I never heard from him, or B., it was his scheduled day off and no one at Ford was assigned my paperwork in his place. I believed the service manager when he first told me that my car would be available to me the same day I dropped it off. As things turned out differently, I should have been contacted by him, or someone from Ford, to update me that service would be delayed. An acknowledgement and an apology for the delay would have been appreciated by this customer, but I didn’t receive either. More
