When I called Hawk Ford I was told by Tod Maca that the repair is under drive train warranty. He had me come in Saturday morning. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way in a free loaner. Hawk Ford wasn't the nearest Ford dealership to but I read reviews on surrounding Ford loc I took my 2018 Ford F-250 to Hawk for a routine oil change. Wow, the first time I waited like 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room and that was with an appointment. They even took the rebate off right when I paid so I wouldn’t have to do it online.
