Price overcharge and service When I asked to get the oil change deluxe for $49.95 And I got home I was charged $52.00 plus tax and also I had to show the service writer that it co When I asked to get the oil change deluxe for $49.95 And I got home I was charged $52.00 plus tax and also I had to show the service writer that it come with up to 6 quarts of oil and the service writer wanted to charge me for a extra quart until I showed her it and then the mechanic said that next time I would need a new air filter but will blow it out instead and also the levels were not check and was not offered a free car wash but had to request. I also noticed the mechanic did not torqued the lug nuts when the tires were rotated. Also my wife and I belong to the Ford Pass Reward and not once I was asked so we can earn points from 2 oil changes. More

There must have been a miscommunication when I had scheduled an appointment over the phone. I went in for a recall and for detailing. Made the appointment for a Thursday but the guy wasn’t there for detailing. So I had to return another day and I couldn’t get a loaner after I was told that I was on the list and I would get one. It took me two months to take in my SUV for service due to my busy schedule of having a newborn. I really couldn’t return the next day so Don helped me with a rental because they were out of loaners. He kept my SUV so the detailing can be done the next day. It was such a relief to me. He is a great manager! He understood everything I was going through and solved the problem without hesitating. Thanks Don! I really appreciate you! More

Oh no! That pesky tire pressure light! My second visit for a tire pressure loss due to picking my up a nail on the road. Amber got me taken care of of and promptly back on the road ?? Simply Awful! Ordered a Transit 250 they had on the lot. I didn't bother to haggle to much, because I needed it and wanted to take delivery ASAP. I purchased some Ordered a Transit 250 they had on the lot. I didn't bother to haggle to much, because I needed it and wanted to take delivery ASAP. I purchased some options for the cargo area, racks, partition etc. It took them about 4 weeks for the van to be ready and when I picked it up the racks were in the wrong place and the partition was incorrect. Their solution was to replace the racks and put a new partition in which would cause even more holes to be drilled in the floor for more access points to water, snow and other elements. Totally unacceptable, so they offered me a new van. This van was delivered with the correct partition and rack, but missing the piece I ordered to store documents, folders, work orders, etc. The replacement van also had a cheap after market bluetooth device screwed into my dashboard, not a stock bluetooth like the original van. You would think the dealer would tell me that, but that apparently slipped their mind. I am not sure if the factory bluetooth has an additional cost to the vehicle, but if it does, I paid for it an never received it. The alarm and remote start that was installed on the original van, was not the same that arrived on the replacement van. Again, very cheap and probably will not last, time will tell. Fast forward to me calling the dealership to speak with a GM about this total chop job and having the receptionist say I was "Unreal". I just wanted to speak with a person and not a machine, forgive me for being unreal. Here is some free advice to whomever is training the folks answering the phone, the big red button means HOLD, have them press that before speaking about customers. This review is a mere summary of the letter sent to corporate. I hope they get their stuff together over there, because my experience was a total joke and this will be the last vehicle purchased through Hawk Ford. More
Very unprofessional mechanics I brought my F-150 for a recall, which included fuel tank inspection and replacement of the fuel tank straps. There was a gasoline smell but no gasoline on my driveway, and I let them know before dropping it off. Instead of carefully looking at the tank first, they just brutally removed the strap, and the leak was under the strap because of the rust. So they just made a bigger hole in the tank and it's leaking on my driveway now. They put me out of time on finding and buying a new tank, and I am facing an expensive repair right now, when I am not financially ready for it, plus no vehicle to drive. They shouldn't even touch it not to make it worse. And they never even told me what happened, hiding the fact that they made things worse for me ! Very unprofessional as for the dealership!!!! More
