I took my Explorer Platinium to get fix, had two bad parking sensor. I had to make a trip to the dealership 4 times before they actually accepted to stay with my SUV just because the warning light was c parking sensor. I had to make a trip to the dealership 4 times before they actually accepted to stay with my SUV just because the warning light was coming On and Off, it wasn’t staying On all the time. But the bigger problem is that they order the wrong color sensors and they decided to paint the sensor with a Black permanente marker. And they even went outside of the sensor and painted over an other part of the sensor. This looks like a job that got done on a alley! I’m very disappointed that a Ford Dealerships actually attempted to do something like this to a $65k SUV. I’m still waiting for their call to solve this issue!!! More
