They don’t respect the customer’s time. Amber and the Hawk device team did an excellent job of making sure my truck was serviced both timely and thoroughly. They checked everything from oil to tires and I feel safe that my truck is driving at i making sure my truck was serviced both timely and thoroughly. Amber called and checked in with me several times to get my appointment and she followed up after service was completed. This is exactly the customer service that makes for repeat buyers! More

The service manager was horrible. I tried to speak to him on several different days about the issues with my vehicle. They initially wanted to charge me for an electrical issue that o I tried to speak to him on several different days about the issues with my vehicle. They initially wanted to charge me for an electrical issue that one of their mechanics caused. When I told them they were the only people to work on my car, I was told “we don’t know that.” They pulled up the car facts a few days after I asked them to look into the history of my car (which they told me they couldn’t do) and discovered they did a botched job when I brought my car in over a year ago which was causing my current electrical issues. The service manager was not understanding or compassionate at all. When I told him what the service advisor said to me, he responded that’s “she’s new here and a woman.” He didn’t apologize on his own or try to improve my experience. I will never recommend Hawk Ford in Oak Lawn to anyone. No one deserves the sexist, racist experience I went through. More
