LaQuita communicated well with myself and the warranty company, and the work seems to be done well. The one star is because of an issue with the loaner/rental car. LaQuita mistakenly said my warranty comp company, and the work seems to be done well. The one star is because of an issue with the loaner/rental car. LaQuita mistakenly said my warranty company covered $40/day when they just covered $40 total, so I paid and additional $240 unexpectedly. Then I returned the loaner/rental to Ford but it took them a week to bring it back to enterprise, so I was charged an additional $300 when I didn't even have the car. I'm still working to resolve this and haven't been reimbursed yet. Thanks, Brian More

Service was actually great. Did not give 5 stars due to the confusing scheduling process. I needed an oil change, had recalls and an issue with my mirror.
