I had an appointment but when they had me check in at the automated machine it didn’t work. I waited for Amber and she was able to get me checked in and my oil changed. Very nice and good customer service. They don't charge you for unnecessary services or parts. I wish you could get in earlier than 5 days advance. I was disappointed in this visit. I arrived at 10:30 for a 10:4o appointment for my first oil change. I was told it would take less than an hour which was longer than an oil change with an appointment has a 10:4o appointment for my first oil change. When I asked Amber she said my car was being worked on, I pointed to my car in the parking lot. It took 1 hr and 40 minutes before my car was ready. I sure miss Alex! More
