Do not trust or buy from Napelton espicially the Napelton GMC Buick in Crystal Lake. We were told before buying the vehicle that it came with 3 years of onstar, wifi, Sirius, and remote access. We confirmed this again with the dealer before we purchased our vehicle. Napelton did a bait and switch on us. After the purchase, we went to set all of this up at the dealer and couldn't. Napelton assured us they would fix this and didn't. Then the Sales Manager told us flat out they wouldn't do anything and we were out of luck after it was too late. To get what we were told came with the car and were promised by the dealer, it would cost us at least an additional $1,500. More
The sales agent Nick did not tell us until we were ready to pull out of the dealership with our car that there was only one key fob. Then he informed us that they were already selling the car at a “loss” a to pull out of the dealership with our car that there was only one key fob. Then he informed us that they were already selling the car at a “loss” and then there was nothing he could do for us. It would cost us $400 or so for another fob. Then after speaking with manager he also said the same thing and would not do anything for us. Only one key fob is something that should be disclosed ahead of time. Then to say you are selling the car at a loss is such xx. How can you be in business if you sell cars at a LOSS. Find another dealer. More

The staff is friendly, however if they feel like they don't like you, they will make sure the vehicle you were interested in will NOT be available, and give you a Whopper of a lie as to Why! I've taken my 2018 Traverse here for service several times and it's been a great experience every time. Beware this dealer. ..went in to turn in a leased vehicle (not leased from them), wanted to get an appraisal before handing it over. dealer took my keys...checked out th ..went in to turn in a leased vehicle (not leased from them), wanted to get an appraisal before handing it over. dealer took my keys...checked out the car...porter comes back with my plates and finance manager came back with a lease end paper with him signing as the Lessee AND dealer without having my wife or myself look the info over to make sure it's correct or getting our approval of the turn in of the vehicle. They will forge your signature and not give you the option to even make a decision! More
