A new experience buying a car I have always approached (thanks, dad) buying cars as an aggressive negotiation situation. Car salesmen are enemies to be crushed or retreated from if I have always approached (thanks, dad) buying cars as an aggressive negotiation situation. Car salesmen are enemies to be crushed or retreated from if they don't acquiesce to one's demands. D'anthonie was not aggressive or confrontational in the least. His sales tactics were not hard sell. I came in not having done enough homework (I know, I know...) and he gently suggested a dozen vehicles ranging in price rather than force me into a brand new vehicle beyond my comfort zone. When it's time to trade this one in, I hope to deal with D'anthonie again, for sure. The process I'd been dreading (thanks again, dad) was painless and over in about 3 hours. Far less than I'd ever spent in any dealership. They definitely got my upvote. More

Purchase of my Buick Encore Courtesy Buick GMC was my local dealer to look at for the new Encore I had been seeing the TV commercials for. I was interested in checking out one of these cars in person after some preliminary online research. While this dealer isn't one of the largest, they still had a good selection to choose from. D'anthonie was the Sales Consultant that greeted us and he was personable and not overly pushy. I initially went in on Tuesday to look at the vehicles in person as well as get a brochure on the vehicle. On Wednesday, even though it was his day off, D'anthonie called me to ensure I didn't have any further questions that came up. I returned on Thursday to talk about two Encores I was interested in. The dealership offered my a very good offer, so I decided to make a purchase on the spot. Overall D'anthonie was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and I think anyone looking at Buicks as an option should definitely give Courtesy a try. More
