I've taken my 2018 Traverse here for service several times and it's been a great experience every time. The service consultants are very courteous and the department has my car ready in a timely manner times and it's been a great experience every time. Beware this dealer. ..went in to turn in a leased vehicle (not leased from them), wanted to get an appraisal before handing it over. dealer took my keys...checked out th ..went in to turn in a leased vehicle (not leased from them), wanted to get an appraisal before handing it over. dealer took my keys...checked out the car...porter comes back with my plates and finance manager came back with a lease end paper with him signing as the Lessee AND dealer without having my wife or myself look the info over to make sure it's correct or getting our approval of the turn in of the vehicle. They will forge your signature and not give you the option to even make a decision! More

They seem to do this to advertise cars lower priced to drive traffic into the dealership. This is an 8 year old car with nearly 100k miles!!! It added more than the tax did, nearly 10% of the advertised price!!! Very scammy and the sort of practice that makes car dealers look bad. More
had to get my 2017 Yukon transmission replaced after only 75K miles. No indications it was going bad, no warnings, no indicators of issues. Just stopped working ( well maintained as well ). Got an estimate, then when I went to pay and showed them from GMCs own parts website. parts.gmc.com that they were price gouging on parts they had in stock.. refused to take any off my bill. They priced gouged in parts in excess of $1K compared to other local GMC shops. Stay away from their service department, unethical and rude. Lost a customer for life. More
The only thing better than the service is the people that work there!! I will never go anywhere else again. Wasn't sure at first bringing my Cadillac there however the level of service I received should be a work there!! I will never go anywhere else again. Very dishonest dealership and service department. Would not go back!!! We purchased a GMC vehicle from a third party and it came with mft warranty. According to the paperwork, we still were covered. However, when the dealership ran the VIN it showed it expired in June 2021. To make the story short I received a quote for over $5000 to replace transmission or over $4000 to rebuild it. When I decided to get my vehicle out and take it to another shop all of the sudden they can lower the price to $600. All of the sudden the warranty department can help. Bunch of dishonest people.... why not give me that option from the start…. They should have looked into all options. How all of the sudden a job that would cost over $4000 can be completed for $600….plus I might have to pay for a gasket or two. Never again will I ever go to this dealership and their service department!!!! More
