I appreciated the fact that I didn;t feel pressured into buying my Enclave. Both Brian Mulville, the salesman and Anthony Gladney, the manager, were very helpful and professional. My husband originally went to Courtsey in the morning to look at new cars. He met Mark the salesman and was impressed with him. He was able to answer the questions asked and was very helpful with letting look at new cars. He met Mark the salesman and was impressed with him. My husband left and came and got me. I also was impressed with Mark. He was soft spoken and not pushy about the car. After signing the paperwork Mark took us out to the car. He reviewed every thing about the car and if he didn't know something he checked with the booklet. I think he did an excellent job of showing us all the features the car had. He helped my husband set a couple of features and had patience in doing this. I think Mark will make an excellent salesman after having more time dealing with the customers. He was very friendly with us and knew a lot about the car. More

I came in and presented, what I thought was an impossible task. I had a lease that was expiring in two weeks with excess milage expense due. I had little to offer as down payment and was hoping at the very least, to keep my current monthly payments the same. I had recently lost my job and my spouse was our only soure of income. After listening and assessing our situation with the friendly staff, they were confident that they could put my wife and I in a new car. We returned a few days later, provided the necessary info and soon therafter were driving home a pre certified vehicle! Unbelievable! They were able to reduce my monthly payment by $100.00 and asked for next to nothing as a down payment. Put us in a vehicle that was economical and restored our self esteem. In all my years of car buying,I've never experienced a more relaxing and satisfying car purchase. They've earned proven to us that no problem is too small. They were professional and extremely friendly. We felt as though we knew these people for many years. I will highly recommend and look forward to future purchase's with Courtesy Auto Group. I'll have to admit this dealership wasn't my first choice. I went to another dealer first that I've purchased from before thinking that they would give me a great deal. Fortunately for me they didn't choice. I went to another dealer first that I've purchased from before thinking that they would give me a great deal. Fortunately for me they didn't try very hard to get the deal done otherwise I wouldn't have found Courtesy Buick GMC. Anthony and I had been going back and forth by email for a few weeks. I knew that I wanted the Verano, but also had a strict budget that I didn't want to increase. It seemed as though I would have to wait until my current lease was up in a year, but miracles can happen. Anthony was able to work a deal that actually LOWERED my current payment and found that purchasing the vehicle (rather than leasing) actually saved me extra money!!!! I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Courtesy and speak to either Anthony or Jeff. Both very honest and respectable. Keep it up guys and I look forward to having a long relationship with Courtesy. Love my new Verano!!! More
I recently brought my car into Crystal Lake Il Courtesy GMC for service. I was told what repair was needed and was given a quote. I decided to let the dealership make the repairs although they were an ov GMC for service. I was told what repair was needed and was given a quote. I decided to let the dealership make the repairs although they were an over-priced $800. My thought process being they would be the most knowledgable and reliable in making the repair. That was absolutely wrong. My car still has the same problem. I contacted the General Manager who basically said the repairs made were necessary and they could do nothing for me. I now have to take my car to another mechanic for the exact same problem and am out of pocket $800. Do not use this dealership. In my opinion they're lacking in business integrity and are not putting their customers first. This is my 2nd GM in the last 10 years. I will most likely need to buy a new car in a couple years. They definitely do not have my business. More

After requesting prices and information via the internet and visiting numerous Buick & Chevloet dealerships in the area, and I ordered and purchased a new Buick Enclave from Courtesy Buick because they wer and visiting numerous Buick & Chevloet dealerships in the area, and I ordered and purchased a new Buick Enclave from Courtesy Buick because they were: 1. the most reponsive to my questions 2. the best informed 3. the most courteous 4. no high pressure sales hype 5. Lowest price quoted of the dealers and 6. the highest trade-in value for my vehicle. The Salesman - Brian Mulville, was very helpful pointing out all the features of the Enclave to my wife, and even pulled out another vehicle with bench seats just to demonstate to her on how easy they were to adjust for rear entry. The Finance man - Brad Berman, was very courteus and helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement, rebates & incentives, and other associated options during closing. I have always dreaded buying a new car because of all the lies and hassle that I had to endure in reaching the final purchase price. This was not the case at Courtesy Buick. I wll be back in the future! p.s. I had some dealerships contacting me three weeks after my quote request wondering if I was still interested in buying a car from them. Da! A little late in responding?? More
