Best new truck buying experience I never liked car shopping but the experience at Courtesy was a pleasant stress free process. The truck I was looking for wasn't in stock or available regionally. I was able to order the exact truck I wanted and was not at all pressured to settle for an in stock truck. The truck arrive in 6 weeks at Chris and Dave expected. Financing and paperwork was a very quick process and I am very satisfied wight he process and sales people at Courtesy. Dave was a pleasure to work with and did everything possible to make me a happy satisfied customer. Chris ordered my truck and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Dave and Chris. They were honest from the beginning, and ended up putting me in a great car with an amazing deal. I've been to several car dealerships in the area, and Courtesy Buick GMC is by far the best one I've visited. I replied to an offer which I got in the mail, and was quickly able to learn about its details through the phone. After I filled out an application online, I was contacted by Chris Behlke and he was able to set up an appointment with me in a short amount of time. At the time, I had no working vehicle, and they arranged for me to be picked up at my house. This was certainly very impressive. I also worked with Jamie Ortiz who processed my application at the dealership, and guided me through the steps and helped me get the car I wanted. It was very apparent that the staff cares more about customer satisfaction than just making money. After being approved and having tested my car, I was given great advice about financing and maintaining my car. I was even opened a savings account through a credit union. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service provided by Courtesy Buick GMC. I would recommend anyone to pay a visit to their dealership and check out their inventory. More

May 3rd Car Purchase I was greeted in a friendly manner and introduced to Dave as a sales person. We talked about what I wanted on a vehicle, and I got to test drive two I was greeted in a friendly manner and introduced to Dave as a sales person. We talked about what I wanted on a vehicle, and I got to test drive two cars that fit my needs. I was turning in a lease vehicle and they managed to keep my monthly payment to only an increase of $6.22 per month over the old lease. They helped me clean out the old car, and showed me how to use the new technology. They promised a loaner car when they keep my new one for the protector finish, and even offered to drive the loaner to my house. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and cared. Jan Kusch More

Working with Joe Leopold was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Dave was the 1st salesperson at any/all dealers who came to us outside and greeted us in the freezing cold! Dave introduced us to everyone in all departments and gave us a tour. The Finance team ensured we got our vehicle at the price that was acceptable for us and told us right off that they will make it work for us. Plus we got cupcakes!! They made sure we got every incentive available! We drove home with our new vehicle that day. When we had a protection package installed, they gave us a loaner - the same truck we purchased!!!! Dave Borntrager greeted me immediately upon me stepping out of my car and his "caring for people" skills shown itself from beginning to end. As we walked into the showroom I immediately saw familiar faces out of my car and his "caring for people" skills shown itself from beginning to end. As we walked into the showroom I immediately saw familiar faces; Phil Grant and Brian Mulville. This gave me a sense of comfort and confidence that I had come to the right place. Dave bent over backwards to accommodate any requests I had and Phil backed him up. Buying a car can be a nerve wracking experience. I've always felt, especially being a woman, that I really have to be on-guard and ready to do battle when shopping for a car. Guess that's part of why I've normally kept all my cars (except for this last one) for a very long time. Always paid them off and kept them as long as 10 years. Though my most recent car was very nice, I didn't have it very long when I realized that it didn't fulfill my needs as a Real Estate Agent, so the stress of feeling I had made a mistake and that I knew I was going to lose money was very difficult for me. Dave and Phil made this transition as painless as possible for me and couldn't be more helpful along the way. God knows I'm grateful to have this whole process over with as when I'm on a mission to get something done I become obsessed and can think of little anything else. I didn't want to make a snap decision, but yet needed to get this project finished so I could go on with my many other tasks. I absolutely had to be assured that I was buying the right vehicle this time. I feel that I have accomplished that, again due to the patient, caring and accommodating service I got from this dealership. I, myself, am a very customer-service oriented person, and I so appreciate it when every now and then I'm on the receiving end. Looking forward to stopping by for my scheduled maintenance and feeling like I'm with my "car family" when I do. More
