He didn't make us feel rushed when we went out for a test drive & was EXTREMELY thorough when going over everything in the car, especially at the time of delivery. My husband also dealt with Phil Grant & he went out of his way to get us the best deal possible on our new car & our trade-in. Thank you all at Courtesy for making our car buying a pleasurable experience. More
The best we experienced in our life.. Ray Fregia, Jeff Paoli, Zack Brey and the Courtesy Team! We would like to take this time to let you know how much we appreciate each and everyone Ray Fregia, Jeff Paoli, Zack Brey and the Courtesy Team! We would like to take this time to let you know how much we appreciate each and everyone of you at Courtesy Buick and GMC! Never, never, in the history of our car buying, did we experience such great customer service, respect and attention from any team . Your customer service is above excellent and your wonderful staff are the nicest people we have ever met while buying a car. You all made our car buying experience so wonderful and most of all, you made us feel like family. It was great to see that this exists in a dealership. All of those other car dealers cannot compete with your customer service and I know we will be repeat customers. The entire process was the best we experienced in our life... We do recommend everyone to do their future purchasing and financing at Courtesy. Thanks again for everything! Marlene and David Felks Ruth 1:8 ... May the Lord reward you for your kindness ... More
By Far the Best Car Buying Experience I can’t say enough positive things about this entire dealership. I unfortunately had a unique situation where my I had a transmission blow on my car I can’t say enough positive things about this entire dealership. I unfortunately had a unique situation where my I had a transmission blow on my car with only 60,000 miles. I called Chris Behlke and advised on my situation. I still owned money on the car but had my heart set on a 2015 Acadia. Chris was more than helpful but even more he made me smile which was pretty hard to do considering the circumstances I was facing. He listened to my needs for over 20 minutes on the phone and told me not to worry about my old car and he would find a way to figure this all out for me. He had my car towed from another dealership to his without any cost to me. Once at the dealership, Chris introduced me to Kris Staroske. Kris really listened to what I wanted and gave me so many options that would fit my needs. I wasn’t an easy customer with the wants I had and the budget I was on. Both Kris and Chris not only meet my budget but I am not driving a beautiful, fully loaded 2015 Acadia. They made this experience by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will NEVER shop at another dealership! Again, I can’t recommend them enough. I will ensure all my family and friends go here for all of their car buying needs. I never felt pressured or felt like they were telling me something just to make the sale. They truly understand the word “Courtesy” and that is exactly how I was treated. Thank you so much for everything!!! More

I have service inspection from them 30 days prior showing rear brakes in good shape, far from worn out. $712 later service department tells me previous inspection was wrong & offers two free oil changes. Also try and sell her on fluid changes that aren't even due yet per GM owners manual. Won't be doing any business here again.. More
EXCELLENT AND SEAMLESS SERVICE Kris Staroske was our salesperson. He obtained for us the vehicle we wanted, which was in short supply due to my color and options requirements, and Kris Staroske was our salesperson. He obtained for us the vehicle we wanted, which was in short supply due to my color and options requirements, and did so in time for us to drive the car to our NV residence. Kris got us a fair price, and made the entire process run smoothly. We would definitely recommend Kris and Courtesy Buick. By the way, I love my new Buick Enclave. Thanks Kris. Monica DeLuca More

Wonderful expierience - Top Notch Dealer! My son has been searching for his first car for nearly a year. After making multiple journeys all across Iowa he found what appeared to be "The One" My son has been searching for his first car for nearly a year. After making multiple journeys all across Iowa he found what appeared to be "The One" in an online search. The car was located at a dealer in Crystal Lake, IL - Courtesy Buick - which is over a 4 hour drive for us. We made the call and were put in touch with Tom Treanor one of the salesman. From our first conversation to our last a week later he was Top Notch! Honest answers, no sales pressure, polite, and courteous. We decided to make the drive and look at the car. We were met at the door with a smiling face and a warm welcome! The car was inside, detailed to perfection, and ready to test drive when we got there. It only took a short test drive and we were ready to sign papers! I wanted by 17 year old son to have a great first time car buying experience.........MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!! We would certainly make the trip back to see Tom again for our next purchase! More
Great used car buying experience - ask for Kris I had been searching for a Honda pilot for weeks. I called about a vehicle I had found on cars.com but the salesperson who answered the phone didn't I had been searching for a Honda pilot for weeks. I called about a vehicle I had found on cars.com but the salesperson who answered the phone didn't seem too interested in selling a car, even after I told him I would be making a purchase in the next week or so. I called back several days later to ask for the report on the car and got the same salesman, who was to send it to me the week before. We got off the phone and he sent it to me right away but I had already called back and thankfully was transferred to Kris. Kris was amazing. We were making the 3 1/2 hour drive to the area that day to look at 3 vehicles. Kris went to check out the vehicle, including a quick drive. He gave me specifics about the mechanics, tires, interior, exterior, etc. He held the car until we arrived, an hour later than expected, and the vehicle was just as he described. We test drove the vehicle and drove it home a couple hours later. The dealership even found a better financing deal than our bank had offered. Great experience with Kris and Jeff! Phil Grant is Amazing!! Just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Phil Grant and the outstanding service he provided me and my family as we purchased a new Yukon at Court Just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Phil Grant and the outstanding service he provided me and my family as we purchased a new Yukon at Courtesy Buick GMC. Phil was patient and persistent to find us exactly what we needed. We started the process thinking it was between the Suburban and the Yukon ,but this dealership showed us why we had no need to look any further. They went above and beyond; they proved once again that great service is the difference maker and Phil Grant stole the show!! Kudos to you Phil and team. Thank you for a great experience!! i tried to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt this comes directly from the customer satisfaction survey i filled out last time I was in for service. I'd love to say this is an isolated incident, this comes directly from the customer satisfaction survey i filled out last time I was in for service. I'd love to say this is an isolated incident, but I feel as if EVERY TIME i take my vehicle there, i get treated the same way. Marquardt from now on for sure..... 'We made an appointment for a 9am oil change. We showed up right on time, we were told that the appointment was going to take approximately 1-2hrs. Since we had two small children (4 and 1 1/2) with us we asked for a loaner because we had a few errands to do, plus we wanted them to be occupied. At 11 am (2hrs after dropping off our car) we went back to find out our car not been touched. In fact the man at the service desk was surprised to see me saying and I quote, "WOW, you are quick. Don't you have some errands to do." Apparently the fact that we made an appointment in advance and were NOT walk-ins means absolutely nothing to your service department. We then asked for you to call when our car was ready. At about 4pm, Justin from you "customer relations" randomly called to ask about how we liked our 2013 Acadia Denali. This was apparently a complete coincidence as he had NO IDEA our car was in for service. I told him how disgusted I was with the service department. He apologized and said he would call me back. Five minutes later (close to 4:30 pm) he called back to tell us our car was done. We showed up a bit later (after the service department was closed) to find that our car didn't even get a courtesy carwash (AFTER ALMOST TEN HOURS!!!!!!!) Justin then took a porter or two aside and suggested that they wash our vehicle ASAP. Justin told us to expect to hear back from the dealership, as this is absolutely unacceptable. We never heard back. Furthermore, A YEAR AGO, we started complaining about an issue we were having with the navigation system of our $50k vehicle. I mention the price because i absolutely expect it to act as if it is at $50,000 car. We actually got stranded somewhere in Georgia shortly after we bought the car because the GPS froze up. Mike from your service department told us "although I believe you, we cannot just order up a $4000 part for your vehicle on your word. We need proof." he suggested we try to video tape some of the glitches with our navigation system with our cellphones whenever they occurred(i think video taping while driving may fall along the lines of texting while driving. I'm pretty sure it's illegal). We were finally able to capture some footage on video a few weeks ago, just prior to our oil change. Keep in mind we have been complaining about this over a year. The man at the service desk, whose name escapes me at this time said "Oh yeah, I've seen this before" and brushed it off as if it was nothing, even though I explained to him that I expect my $50k vehicle to act like a $50k vehicle. I awaited a phone call or SOME SORT of correspondence from your dealership and heard nothing. Then we decided, since your dealership obviously could care less about us a customers, to contact Marquardt Buick GMC. Within 3 minutes, the service desk was able to actually describe what was going on with our navigation system to us. The man was able to pull up a memo/bulletin from GM that told exactly what to do, which came out prior to our oil change fiasco(#PI0962C). He scheduled us for an appointment to have our navigation system reset immediately and the problem has been resolved. I am embarrassed for your dealership as your customer relations are absolutely terrible. Not to mention, when be originally bought our vehicle, your sales person knew absolutely NOTHING about the vehicle and we actually went to Sullivan GMC in Arlington Heights to learn about all the bells and whistles our vehicle has. I am a man of my word, thought and decided that since your dealership is the first we visited, that we would return to buy our vehicle at your establishment rather than anywhere else. MAN, was that a mistake. I don't know how your dealership has survived the economic trial our country has had in the past ten years. " More
