BEST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALER FROM BEGINNING TO END IT WAS GOOD. THE 2 SALES PEOPLE THAT HELPED WERE DAVID AND I THINK SCOTT, ANYWAY THEY WERE FUNNY, NICE, OUTGOING AND MADE THE FROM BEGINNING TO END IT WAS GOOD. THE 2 SALES PEOPLE THAT HELPED WERE DAVID AND I THINK SCOTT, ANYWAY THEY WERE FUNNY, NICE, OUTGOING AND MADE THE VISIT WORTH THE TRIP. THEY BOTH WORKED SIDE BY SIDE WITH SHOWING US VEHICLES. THEY STAYED IN THE PRICE RANGE AND THEY WORKED THE NUMBERS WELL. I WAS THERE FOR ALMOST 5 HRS , WENT IN NOT KNOWING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR OR REALLY WANTED. UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT BOTH SALES GUYS . I REALLY APPRECIATED THERE HONESTY AND PATIENCE. FINALLY DECIDED ON VEHICLE & WELL THE NUMBERS WORKED AND PAPER WORK WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS. D'anthonie Daily My husband came in on 6/3 and was greed by D'Anthonie Daily. He is such a class act and was absolutely fabulous!!!! His professionalism is rated 1 My husband came in on 6/3 and was greed by D'Anthonie Daily. He is such a class act and was absolutely fabulous!!!! His professionalism is rated 1000%. We told him that we needed a brand new truck in five days and he was sooooo knowledgeable about everything. He listened to us and was very patient and kind. We love our 2017 Terrain but it was D'Anthonie tht made us soooo happy with everything. The only problem that we had was with the sales manager. We were with the Finance manager igning paperwork at D'Anthonie desk and the sales manager decided to turn the lights off and left the dim lights on. He said that the didn't want people to think that they were still open because he wanted to get home and be with his kids which we thought was very rude and ignorant. We couldn't believe it!!!! I had to use the light on my cell phone so I could see the paperwork. Who does that???? We thought to ourselves about canceling the deal but because we had such a great experience with D'Anthonie he made it all worth it. The contract was signed in the office with the Sales Manager.
