Do not trust or buy from Napelton espicially the Napelton GMC Buick in Crystal Lake. We were told before buying the vehicle that it came with 3 years of onstar, wifi, Sirius, and remote access. We confirmed this again with the dealer before we purchased our vehicle. Napelton did a bait and switch on us. After the purchase, we went to set all of this up at the dealer and couldn't. Napelton assured us they would fix this and didn't. Then the Sales Manager told us flat out they wouldn't do anything and we were out of luck after it was too late. To get what we were told came with the car and were promised by the dealer, it would cost us at least an additional $1,500. More

The sales agent Nick did not tell us until we were ready to pull out of the dealership with our car that there was only one key fob. Then he informed us that they were already selling the car at a “loss” a to pull out of the dealership with our car that there was only one key fob. Then after speaking with manager he also said the same thing and would not do anything for us. Only one key fob is something that should be disclosed ahead of time. Then to say you are selling the car at a loss is such xx. How can you be in business if you sell cars at a LOSS. Find another dealer. More
