I worked out a deal over the phone with Casey. After driving over 150 miles he refused to stick to the agreement. When I told him I was going to leave a review on Yelp. I purchased a vehicle on 12/7/20 from this dealership. When negotiating price, there were repairs negotiated into the price dealership was supposed to take care of. "We owe I owe" form was filled out with promised repairs upon financing. Per sales rep, and manager, I was supposed to get a call same week to schedule when to drop off the vehicle for repairs. Never got a call. I called the dealership on 12/14/20, and spoke with Rich, told me he'll call me back by 12/15. Never did. I called them again on 12/17, Rich wasn't there, spoke with another Manager, didn't catch his name, but said he'll have Rich call me back Friday 12/18. Rich never called, I ended up calling Friday evening. Spoke with Rich, he apologized, said he'll call me Saturday. Never did.... Do not trust this dealership, especially the we owe I owe form. They do not honor their part of the deal. I will be going to next level since I have the repairs as part of contact. More
My experience buying a vehicle here started well enough but in the end it left a bitter taste in my mouth. The "Everyone's Price" listed on their website is accurate in that they don't include any incentiv but in the end it left a bitter taste in my mouth. The "Everyone's Price" listed on their website is accurate in that they don't include any incentives for which a lot of people may not qualify - college grad, military, etc. What they don't tell you until they present the full pricing breakdown is that there's an additional $400 worth of "accessories" including a VIN etch and nitrogen tire fill that they won't remove. Honestly, I would have preferred that they simply increased the price shown on the website by $400 and not tacked on this other stuff in the first place. When I told the dealership's general manager about this after he reached out to me to thank me for the business, I did not receive any sort of reply. I brought the matter up to my salesperson who said she would get in touch with the GM, but I still did not get any response. I had forgotten to ask that the window sticker be included with the vehicle I purchased. My salesperson said she would obtain a copy from GM. A few days later, one of the sales managers left me a message about it. I left him a message with my address asking him to drop it in the mail, which would save me a trip up there. No response. I emailed my salesperson not once, but twice, attempting to follow up on this matter. Again, no response. They did eventually receive the sticker and mail it to me, so for that I am grateful, but that still doesn't excuse the radio silence from my salesperson. In the end, I still believe I got a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased. Napleton Crystal Lake was the only dealership within a 6-hour radius that had a model with the exact features and color I wanted. While my initial experience with the salesperson and finance manager were good, the overall lack of follow through will have me taking my future sales and service business elsewhere. More

Poor customer service. We came out to see a Ford F-150 and was treated very poorly by Bob the salesman. We were under the impression that the deal was close so we drove an hour to the dealership.
