My husband and I did a lot of research before walking into Napleton's and looking at SUVs. We had a lot of comparison shopping questions about the BMW vs. Audi vs. Mercedes SUVs and found Matt and the r into Napleton's and looking at SUVs. Every answer was logical and helpful in determining which car best fit our specific needs. We test drove one Audi Q7 off their lot and didn't care for the ride. So Matt secured a Q7 with a different suspension and actually delivered that car to us to test drive. We loved it and ordered a new one that day! When the car arrived, Matt spent 3 hours with me going over all the features . . . and then followed up a few hours later to be sure I felt comfortable. Excellent service. Friendly people. Have purchased my last two new Honda Accords from John Vang...he is a real asset to this dealership. He has been easy to work with and does not bother you with the typical BS that most car dealers try to Vang...he is a real asset to this dealership. He has been easy to work with and does not bother you with the typical BS that most car dealers try to give you. He listens to what you want and how much difference you are willing to pay for the new vehicle without wasting your time with all the other nonsense that goes on with the typical salesperson. He most recently emailed me a discount coupon for a scheduled oil/filter change that caused me to have the work done at Napleton versus having it done at Midas...cost was approximately the same. If I had not received the coupon, I would have gone to the Midas dealer who is a good friend of mine. More

It was very low vs. the KBB value of the vehicle. I took a little lower value on my trade-in than I should have. (The offer came from the Sales Manager, not Lisa.) Secondly, it seemed like the extra warranties were kind of pushed on me, though I wasn't interested in them. Overall a very good experience, though. Looking forward to some car washes, and will be getting my general maintenance done there. More

If anyone could give a true rating of this dealership, I am that person; that is because I did not plan on dealing with Napleton's at all. I drove into the dealership just to look (as I was not ready to pur am that person; that is because I did not plan on dealing with Napleton's at all. I drove into the dealership just to look (as I was not ready to purchase for several months), was talked into test driving a car, and when I parked to go for the test drive my old car's radiator exploded! After laughing at the irony, the entire staff that was there that night stayed until after closing time to help get the right car for me at a price I could afford. Larry worked so hard to finalize everything and I could not be any happier with my new Accord. This is the first time I've bought new, and I can say that I will buy from Napleton's in the future because of how great they were to deal with during my crisis! Also, they will vacuum and wash your car for free on Saturdays! Based on the staff and service at Napleton's, I would recommend them to anyone! More
