I went to dealerships for Lexus, Toyota, and BMW in the Rockford area but was most pleased with Napleton Honda. Satisfaction On May 11, 2015 my wife and I purchased a new automobile that we both were very pleased with but then an unfortunate accident occurred on January 7th On May 11, 2015 my wife and I purchased a new automobile that we both were very pleased with but then an unfortunate accident occurred on January 7th of this year. . We immediately called upon the Napleton Auto Group in Rockford Illinois on Riverside in Loves Park to help us work through our problem. They worked with us every step of the way, helping us in more ways than I can count. This Napleton dealership collaborated with another one of their other dealerships to work through the process of providing us with another automobile. They did so, much to our satisfaction. I am 77 years of age and I have never been so impressed to see how The Napleton employees coordinated their efforts to satisfy a customer, fairly and in such a wonderful manner. Honesty and integrity seems to be hard to find these days but they are still alive and well in the House of Napleton. They went out of their way to work on our behalf and they did so above and beyond our expectations. Napleton will be my source for all of our future automotive needs. We will continue to tell our relatives and friends our story and recommend them with the highest of high praises!!! Every employee we have met is always in a great mood and I love the music they play :). I was told you know you have great customer service when you remember their name. Nolan is our guy to go to when we have any questions or if I know someone else needs a car. We never felt pressured to buy anything and he is always knowledgable. Worst experience ever buying a car, don't go there!!!! Worst experience I had buying a car. I recently graduated college and wanted to buy my first new car and bought a 2016 Honda accord sport. The sales man Blake Donaldson lied to my face about the car being in the dealer, he told it was on its way because they had to ordered in color Black and the car was in the back of the dealer the whole time. The financial manager Nate Blase changed the APR on he gave 8.79 and try to lowered when they found I got a 3.5 from chase bank and came in with a cashiers check to buy the car. They tried to screw me over and it didn't work and i called them out and they were mad and treated me in a bad way even lied to me when i came to get the car. It was terrible service do not go to Napleton Honda in Loves park take my advice please go The Honda Dealer in shaumber or Elgin. I still bought the car because i already had the cashoer check made otherwise i will never in my life go back to that dealer Napleton Honda. More
Vehicle Delivery/Finance Process Needs Improvement My wife and I had an appointment to sign the papers and take delivery of a new 2015 Honda Fit On a Tuesday. The appointment was at 6PM. We arrived at My wife and I had an appointment to sign the papers and take delivery of a new 2015 Honda Fit On a Tuesday. The appointment was at 6PM. We arrived at 6:03 and were promptly met by our salesperson who mentioned that the business/finance guy was busy at the moment because he was running late. The sales person did a fine job reviewing features of the vehicle. However, we ended up waiting until 7:45 to see the business/finance person. As a result, we missed another appointment. We had purchased a used car at this dealer less than 3 years earlier, we were completely underwhelmed on our second experience by the inability of the dealer to respect our time. We ended up completing all necessary paperwork in ten minutes. More

We saw a 2015 Honda Fit EX inModern Steel color only it had straight shift and we were interested in automatic shift. Our salesman,Matt Harkey, checked inventory and a Honda Fit Ex Automatic in Modern Steel color just came in so he arranged a test drive on this car with only 2 miles.We really liked all the features especially the side view camera.Then we had our car 2010 Toyota Matrix reviewed and we proceeded to purchase this fine car. We our very happy with our new 2015 Honda Fit.A very pleasant experience buying our Honda Fit. Thanks again to our salesman Matt Harkey. Dwight & Judy Samuelson More
Napleton tried to charge me $273 for a non-existent leak. I recently got my oil changed at Napleton's. On top of the usual BS services they tried to talk me into after the change, they also told me I have an I recently got my oil changed at Napleton's. On top of the usual BS services they tried to talk me into after the change, they also told me I have an oil leak near my timing chain & it would cost $273 to fix it. I said "no thanks" & went to a local Meineke that I trust (on Alpine & Newburg) for a second opinion. I knew I had a problem before-hand because I was adding about a quart every two months but I don't see any signs of leaks. Meineke told me there is oil covering the timing case & they want to put diagnostic dye in before they do anything. So I drove the car for a week & came back for inspection. They informed me, & showed me, that there are no signs of leaks anywhere. They suggested that the oil covering the case came from spillage when I added oil myself previously. Instead of charging me to fix the non-existent leak, they suggested changing the type of oil I use since I do a lot of highway driving & the synthetic I had been using is being consumed quickly. They only charged me for the diagnostic dye & sent me on my way. Napleton's apparently didn't diagnose anything. They just observed oil on my timing case & tried to charge me for a fix. Buyer beware. More
