He has a very disarming non-pushy approach that allows a consumer to feel comfortable and makes them want to work with Matt. My experience with the service department has always been prompt and accommodating. I can say that I felt the last time I was in, the quote for the work that the maintenance department gave me was in my opinion overreaching. I’m not sure if this is a shift towards more profit out of that department or not. I did not feel the same level of customer care as I felt from my salesman Matt. That being said I would not change my opinion of Matt in any regard. I would continue to send business his way and know that he would take extreme care of anyone that I did. Whether or not they choose to service their vehicle at that location would be up to them but the service that Matt brings to the table is beyond compare. More

It was one of the best car choice as I had that car for almost 15 years before getting rid of it. I have been a Honda fan since then. My husband and I purchased a Honda CRV in 2012. In the summer of 2016, we found out our family would be growing and our Honda CRV would not be big enough for all the kiddos. We decided to see what was available at Napleton Autowerks. We were greated by an old friend, Justin. I have known Justin since high school and was pleased to see that he was available to help us with our purchase. Justin was so flexible with our schedule and was understanding of what our family's needs were in searching for a new vehicle. Justin was very honest and very knowledgeable.
