Truly good people, I've been a customer at many dealerships over the last few years (Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar and Honda dealers and service shops), they all pale in comparison to the customer service offered here. We kept close contact and two years later returned for my next lease and then a third time for a third time soon after that - even when I live 1000 miles away I still refuse to go anywhere other than Napletons in Loves Park. Great people, great service, not your average dealership and no pushy "sales pitch" feeling throughout. More

New purchase I had the best experience at Napleton purchasing my new CRV. I was going to go back to where I purchased my Civic, but was given Casey's name & said I had the best experience at Napleton purchasing my new CRV. I was going to go back to where I purchased my Civic, but was given Casey's name & said why not give it a try. I set up the appointment for a test drive & i m so glad I did. My last car purchase was 2002, so needless to say, car technology has changed. Casey showed me so much of what the car does, my head was spinning. I told her I wanted to think about it & wasn't going to buy that day. What impressed me was she asked, when could she get back in contact with me. I felt no pressure at all. Well, few weeks later, I was driving my new CRV & I'm very happy with it. Casey said if I had any questions, come back & she would go over whatever I needed & have taken her up on that several times.
