happy with the experience so, my schedule is extremely challenging. to be honest I don't have a ton of free time to look for cars. I did my research online comparing all the ma so, my schedule is extremely challenging. to be honest I don't have a ton of free time to look for cars. I did my research online comparing all the makes and models. I decided on a Honda CRV-EXl. I immediately reached out to several dealerships for competitive quotes. I went to Napelton based on proximity. however, it was clear they were there to make my experience as easy as possible. Ryan greeted us at the door. we sat down, took basic information, asked me what I was looking for and started searching. we reviewed inventory on lot. I didn't care for what was there. Ryan asked me what I would like, and then committed to find it. he told me they would locate in the next few days, Napelton negotiated on price. i showed them what the competition was willing to do, and they stepped up, and a deal was had very easy. I felt like I got value, without spending a ton of time to accomplish. within a few days I was notified the car was in, and arranged to come in the following Saturday afternoon. all in I spent a total of 4 hrs between the 2 visits. way better than past experiences I had with other dealerships. I will buy my next car from Napelton. 1 observation - down below in drop box where it says vehicle brand purchased or considered, it only offers audi, jag, benz, I bought a Honda - not on drop down. More

Car salesman of the year I can honestly say that this was by far the best experience purchasing a car (Honda Pilot not an Audi which was the only option on this survey) and it I can honestly say that this was by far the best experience purchasing a car (Honda Pilot not an Audi which was the only option on this survey) and it was solely due to Ryan Wagner. He was phenomenal. From the very first test drive he asked if it was okay that he drive the car for a few minutes to show me some of the new electronic features of the car. He did and that was great. Then we drove it and loved it. He knew a great deal about the car, much more then others who had been there much longer than him as well as any other dealers in the area. (He was three months into his job). If he didn’t have an answer for my question he would tell me he didn’t know, but that he would find out, and he did. Overall this car buying experience was solely dependent on Ryan and we really appreciate all that he did to make it great. He was more than courteous, knowledgeable and followed through on everything he said he would. Thanks again Ryan for all you did! More

Casey is awesome! I came to Napelton to see if I could figure out a way to replace my 15 year old Honda that had just under 300,000 miles on it. I didn't have high hopes because my credit was less than perfect, my car was not worth trading, and I only had a small amount saved for a down payment. I met with Casey and expected to hear it was impossible and be sent packing to a "buy here, pay here". Instead I was met with a great smile, some reassurance and a ton of understanding. I was able to purchase a 2014 Mazda that is red and fun and perfect for me. I will go back to Casey every time I need a new car. She not only got me into a great car, she did it with a smile! More
