I talked with Gary Heckman and asked him to recommend someone who was here to talk with about purchasing a car. He recommended Justin, and I was very happy with how the process went. He listened to what I was interested in purchasing; we discussed safety features that I was interested in having on the car; and then discussed options. He showed me the dealer used pre certified A5 sportback that was on the lot as well as the new A4. The process went smoothly and I never felt pressured. I feel that they were honest and upfront and that I received a fair price. Overall, it was a very good experience. This is the third Audi that I have purchased from Audi Napleton. More

Loved it, but I could not fit it into my budget. i arrived at Napleton to check out my options. I wanted to lease a 2018 Honda Accord. Mike Massaro was referred by Colton from the internet services I checked out a few days ago. With the great experience I had with my lease and taking great care of the car I was entrusted with; I am very thankful that another person took care of the car they had leased, to which is my car now! Michael directed me through a safety course on the new Accords, tailored by Michael’s many years of knowledge of the Honda cars and what each one has to offer. He is one of the best I have ever encountered at a dealership. And we all don’t like going to them. But, Michael gave me a new view of what it takes to be a car salesman with a special touch of care, developed by years of expience!!
