Easiest and fastest car buying experience ever! I was looking for a Honda Pilot...I came in and took a 2007 Pilot for a test drive. I was handed a Carfax report and looked it over while Shaun pulled I was looking for a Honda Pilot...I came in and took a 2007 Pilot for a test drive. I was handed a Carfax report and looked it over while Shaun pulled the Pilot around. Clean Carfax and the car ran great. I checked blue book value when I got home and realized the asking price was lower than the value. I really feel like I got a really good used car for the price. I have never bought a used car before so it is a little scary but I really wanted to try a different route this time. Thanks Napletons for the great car! More

Great buying experience I came in and checked out the new 2018 Honda Pilot. My salesman at Napelton Honda was Florian. He took us for a test drive and explained the cars feat I came in and checked out the new 2018 Honda Pilot. My salesman at Napelton Honda was Florian. He took us for a test drive and explained the cars features. I told him I would think about it and let him know. In the meanwhile I visited few other dealerships in Chicago as well. Once I found the lowest price I decided to go back to Napelton and see Florian. I figured it would be fair to go back and give him a chance to match the price. I wanted to buy a car from them because they were my local dealer. Florian talked with his supervisor and they decided that they would match the price. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock but they did end up finding one. I would definitely buy a car from them again More

I just so happened to get transferred to Casey when I called to question the price of a vehicle and I got way more than what I expected. She was inviting, patient and answered all of my questions. I will always check with her when I’m ready to purchase any vehicles, as this was the most pleasant sales experience I’ve ever had. Nate Blaser was also the easiest and nicest finance person I’ve dealt with! Two thumbs way up for my Napleton’s crew! More
