After having Luis go over the features of the vehicle and going for a test drive, I went home and did some homework and came back to the dealership and presented Luis with the numbers I was willing to pay for the new CR-V, Luis took the numbers I presented to him and showed them to his sales manager Chris, and quite simply, Chris made me an offer I could not refuse. He accepted the price I presented him with and gave me a great deal on my trade-in They made this a seamless and enjoyable process. However, the approach and methodology revolves around getting to know your needs and wants. No one else was able to find me a brand new E63S AMG wagon and this was after months of looking. 3 texts to the team and I had a few choices within 3 days. Additionally, they were able to assist in figuring out pick up, delivery and review of the whole vehicle, within the constraints of my schedule.
