I asked what kind of lease deals they had, and they told 269 a month with 2199 due at signing, not including fees, tax, I was looking to lease a CR-V. The total cost of the lease was $2000 more than Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake. I told Napleton what is was in Crystal Lake, and Napletons said they just go with whatever Honda has. So I asked, Are you telling me I should just go to Brilliance Honda"? The person on the line said yes I should go to Brilliance Honda. Apparently anyone who goes to Napleton Honda will pay more than most any other Honda dealer within 2 hours of Rockford, They're counting on people not doing their homework. More

I also felt very at ease and never hurried or pressured during my time at the dealership. This was a nice change of pace since most of the other dealers were pushing me to make a decision on the spot! Although we didn’t buy on the first day we went back to see Justin and made our purchase. He also took the time to show us all of the new features on the Q7 and made sure we were comfort operating them.
