Worked out fine. They were extremely helpful with getting the new car. Unfortunately we were back and forth a few times with things that were supposed to be fixed afte They were extremely helpful with getting the new car. We still aren't happy with the end result of what we were "owed" but there's nothing more they can do I guess, so it is what it is.. Other then that it was a great experience working with Napletons. A team of crooked people. When you asked questions they get I came in for the Honda 1.9 % interest rate and the finance guy wouldn't even show me the the paper, he got very angry and said that you only save pen I came in for the Honda 1.9 % interest rate and the finance guy wouldn't even show me the the paper, he got very angry and said that you only save pennies with Honda's financing and you're better off paying extra money on a 5.8 % loan with a longer term. Obviously he must be getting a kickback for selling the higher interest loans.He also lied and said that all of the interest rates at banks and credit unions went up on car loans to 5.8% .The salesman got mad when I wanted to see the financial rates before I bought the car and when I asked for a bottle of water he said there is no extra charge. The salesman had me driving around in both of their parking lots looking for a car that I test drove the night before and the manager left me a message to come drive the car again. After driving around for ten minutes looking for the car. I said to the salesman that car is sold right. He laughed and said what did you expect it sold last night. They all lied and didn't return my phone calls when I tried to get the Honda 1.9 % financing that I qualified for. More
