Mike worked with me and told me they might be able to trade and if not they would order and I should expect it in about 3-8 weeks. Seems reasonable. Until we finally visited Napleton Honda in Loves Park and met Mike Massaro. From the minute he greeted us he was courteous, friendly, and genuinely cared about our situation and what we needed. With 3 small children, we needed to purchase a van quickly at an affordable price. Mike worked diligently to get us the lowest price possible. We visited 3 other dealerships and no one came close! There was no fuss, no hassle in negotiating and we easily finalized the deal on our first visit. Mike followed up with us throughout the week to ensure our van would be available and guided us through all the formalities. Model dealership made real by Luis and Tim I went there with hope to look at the car. Luis was honest, transparent, didn't pressure at all but provided me the space to think. The best part of Luis is his service - from the time I made appointment to the time I showed up and after sale. 1 week into my purchase, I got a call from Luis asking about how is my car, my experience and if all my expectation met and anything else he can and Napleton can help. Who and which dealership does this?? I am truly impressed from the start and even after closing the purchase. My experience was made more pleasant by Tim who is Luis's partner. Tim too was honest, genuinely helpful and totally had the best customer service mindset. I am usually not generous in my comments - I been shopping in few places.
