We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I can understand your frustration and in most cases we are able to help our customers regardless of the day of the week that they visit our store. In this case we were unable to identify a vehicle in stock that would work in this particular situation. Our sales person should have followed up with you in a timely manner and he did not.
