So Easy I recently purchased a car from Naples Nissan. My salesman was Cesar Gonzales. I liked Cesar right away. He was kind, easy going, and made buying a ca I recently purchased a car from Naples Nissan. My salesman was Cesar Gonzales. I liked Cesar right away. He was kind, easy going, and made buying a car really seamless & easy. There was no going back & forth fro as m salesman to sales manager. I told Cesar what I wanted & could afford, Ken Chavis , the sales manager came over & we got the deal done . Ken was every bit as accommodating as Cesar. I bought a used car, so there was only 1 key. They set me up with an appointment with service to get another key, and replace a directional bulb. I showed up at service, and that went as easy as the sale. I dealt with a service writer by the name of Nicole Baker. She took great care of me. I mentioned to Nicole that my Anniversary was on Friday. Word must have got back to sales, because on my way out, a man came over to me, introduced himself as Aaron Walker, handed me a gift card, and said "Take your wife out for a nice dinner. Happy Anniversary." I found out that he was the owner of the dealership. Needless to say, I certainly recommend Naples Nissan to anyone looking for a car. They has everything a lifetime time customer in me, and We will be buying my wife's car there very soon.. More

COMPLAINT! Purchased a used KIA from this dealership and 2 days later the door handle falls off when I go to open the door. I called left several messages for t Purchased a used KIA from this dealership and 2 days later the door handle falls off when I go to open the door. I called left several messages for the staff, from the sales person to the financial person BUT With no return calls. I keep calling until someone answered and then I was told I purchased it USED so carry it to KIA for the repair! Again I purchased this maybe 4 weeks ago and it happened 2 days later. Never again will I purchase from them or will I ever give them a good report! All I ask for is my handle to be replaced!!!! More
Trying to buy a used 370z I was trying to buy a used 370z from the dealership and when I got there the website showed it was a 1 owner car fax and it was actually a 3 owner car I was trying to buy a used 370z from the dealership and when I got there the website showed it was a 1 owner car fax and it was actually a 3 owner car. The manager told me the car has 5 years warranty when the car didn't have any warrenty on it. I got 2 calls from the dealership the next morning and they didn't know who called me and the reason for. Very unprofessional. More
Didn't get the equipment we asked for on the car We bought a new Nissan Rogue SV delivered 12/31. Our old 2015 Rogue had all the safety features except the EBD system. We wanted all the features we already had plus the new braking system. The car that was delivered by a salesman to our house had everything, BUT it didn't have the lane change warning system, which we specifically asked for. I asked the salesman, RJ, to show it to me. I thought he pushed a button on the side and away he went. The car actually did not have that equipment at all. After several calls we drove down Naples from Fort Myers. Tia lady we talked to was quit curt. My husband has ADD, also a Masters Degree in Edu., so he isn't stupid. He started to get upset with her and she walked out saying she didn't have to put up with his raised voice and to calm down, which he did. Final story, apparently the list we signed with all the gadgets on the car did not include the lane change warning system and if we wanted to trade in our car with only 550 miles on it(!!) we'd have to pay an additional $7,000. WE are retired teachers on a pension. This is our 3rd Rogue. We have only one car. We can't afford to do that. They were more than happy to see us leave. I'm not happy and will pursue this with an attorney. I know we signed a paper after a salesman went down the list of the cars equipment, but we asked for that feature, which we had on our car, and didn't get it. I am contacting an attorney. I think we were treated poorly by the saleswoman and ignored by our salesman, Rj. Elizabeth Clark, 1/16/17 More

Yet AGAIN I received a voicemail from your dealership/telemarketing firm today. I'm not sure who you think is being called by someone they don't know trying to get them to spend thousands of dollars out of the blue and enjoys it, but count me as one that doesn't. More
