The car went in for oil, recalls, and replace a seatbelt. I actually talked to Rodger once. He was impossible to get in touch with. I texted , called and left messages. No returns. After having the car f I actually talked to Rodger once. He was impossible to get in touch with. I texted , called and left messages. No returns. After having the car for 15 days I just came in. (Could not get in touch). Paid for the work. Looking at the bill, noticed the at vantage plan was not listed. Inquired about that. It had not been done. Waited another 2 hours. No customer service at all!!!!! Two weeks to do the simple work, then still not done. I will never set foot in your terrible place. More

The people were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Love the service technician’s video walk around.
