Manager didn't care. Was told service would be 1 hour they took car 2 hours later. Wanted estimate was told it would cost $200. Navigation system wouldn't load when car picked up took awhile until they disconnected/ reconnected battery. Again no apology. Will never go to again More

I had a 12 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took close to 3 hours to do this. That is unacceptable. I feel my time is too important. I will not be returning. rotation.
