This was important to me because the car was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, who lives in Montana, which I told him at least half a dozen times. We test-drove the vehicle, he gave me the numbers, and we were good to go, pending my son's approval and VIN-specific proof of insurance. I went back today to finalize the paperwork with the "business manager", a 22-year-old whose sole job is, seemingly, to sell extended warranties. When I asked to see the written details about this "Naples Advantage" plan, she seemed bewildered. I had to repeatedly ask for the WRITTEN contract details to ensure I wasn't buying something my son couldn't use. Surprise! The plan only covers vehicles in the Naples area. All service would need to be done here, except the bogus powertrain warranty, which is very limited in scope and coverage. So, essentially, it's a $2477 pure money grab by these folks. Of course, she offered a $6500 extended warranty I could purchase. When I balked at that, she offered to deduct $1500, but I still had to purchase the extended warranty. Mind you, this was a cash transaction. I needed nothing but the vehicle; no trade-in, no financing. Clearly, I offered nothing to this dealer on which they could charge or hide bogus fees. I asked to speak to the general manager, Ryan Gambill. He was arrogant, aggressive, and combative when I told him I refused to pay for something my son couldn't use. He refused to take it off the bottom line. He wouldn't take accountability for his salesman telling me erroneous information. All he cared about was profit, not the customer. When I stood up (literally) and it was clear I wasn't going to be pushed around (figuratively), he asked me to 'exit [his] dealership'. Beware of Naples Mazda's "selling price"; they'll add money-grabs which give you minimal benefits at inflated prices. Gambill shouldn't manage a Dollar Store, let alone an auto dealership. He's a horrible person and an even worse "general manager". Avoid this dealership at all costs. You'll waste hours of your time. They have an F rating by the Better Business Bureau, which is well-deserved. More
My service rep was very pleasant and accommodating. Came in for an oil change and waited. Car was ready in 45 mins. Recommended that fuel injectors be cleaned. Service rep offers me a loaner for the day which worked out perfect. I was able to continue doing my errands. In the end, unbeknownst yo me, I bought a new car. What an impulse buy. Anyone who buys my trade in will get a great car. It was a Mazda 3 and just a little bit low for a senior to get out of. Loved my first Mazda. Hoping for the same 2nd time around! More

He had help from general manager, Ryan, who gave me the best deal and insured that I would become a lasting customer of Naples Mazda. Phil also assisted in closing the deal and Kathryn in finance made things super easy. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. The ladies at the front were Inviting and every staff member that we met made eye contact and acknowledged us. I’ve been buying Mazda‘s for 33 years and this was my best experience to date. I highly recommend Naples Mazda and the entire team. More
