Only thing I had an issue with was the wait. I made an appt online for 8:30. After two hours, I asked what the progress was. The employee told me another hour. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if I was still going to wait three hours. She said that they don’t have control over appts made online. What didn’t make sense is that when I arrived, they checked me in and knew I was coming. So it was a little contradictory that they “don’t have control over appts made online” yet knew I was coming in at a scheduled time. I would suggest removing the option for customers to make an appt. online if it doesn’t even make a difference. More
