Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Naples Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram service department. I came in for a scheduled recall repair on my brand-new Jeep Wrangler, only to find out that the service repres Chrysler Jeep Ram service department. I came in for a scheduled recall repair on my brand-new Jeep Wrangler, only to find out that the service representative I was assigned to was out of office. Instead of assisting me, the other representatives in the department were dismissive and unprofessional. One representative, Charles Magilewski, stood out for his shocking lack of professionalism and rude behavior. When another rep asked him to assist me, he loudly complained that I was not his customer and refused to help. He created a scene, yelling that he wouldn’t assist and making it clear for everyone in the shop to hear. Despite explaining that I had driven a long way to get there, he showed no empathy and even said to another rep that he didn’t care if I was upset. This level of disrespect and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. If the service department can’t even manage their appointments or treat customers with basic courtesy, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. This was a disgusting experience, and I strongly recommend avoiding this service department. More
