Excellent service. I had new cam and lifters installed along with new transmission in my 2016 dodge ram 2500 6.4l hemi. I am very happy. Scheduled 2 weeks in advance to have work truck diagnosed over the weekend so we could get truck back in service on Monday and then have the materials ordered for repairs on following weekend . When we went to drop it off we were told it wouldn’t be looked at until Monday so we didn’t leave it. I called back to reschedule and was told you can never schedule work to be performed on a certain day. You would think warranty work for a service van purchased at your dealership could at least be scheduled to be “looked at” on a certain day. Very disappointing. More

I responded and mentioned the Wagoneer forum for knowledge of issues with air conditioning. He proceeded updating software and ran vehicle continuously for over the next few hours. Issues were after running vehicle for more than 45- 60 minutes air conditioning quite, no fans, heated seat and steering wheel would activate. More
