Booked an appointment for a recall. Service staff was friendly and worked efficiently. I was offered a ride home instead of waiting 2 or 3 hours at the dealership. Horrible experience. Drove back 3 days later to be told there wasn't a second key and they wouldn't make one for me. Would have never signed the paperwork knowing there was only one key. Was completely lied too.
