It’s difficult for me to express what I really feel about this dealership. As far as I know at this point my vehicle is fixed. I have a warranty to cover the service that was provided. I have dealt with dealerships both as a customer and as a service provider for over 50 years. Mike the writer did a good job as a communicator but I was really frustrated with the cost. It’s on me because I never should have ok’d this service without checking with other service providers. I feel that I paid way too much for this job. The parts alone were too much and either you are paying too much or I was taken advantage of. The only way that I will use your service again is if this job wasn’t fixed correctly and I have to return for warranty work. I also will not recommend your service and I will tell others about my experience. More

I was treated very well by Brian Marshall, I came in to have my oil changed and for my headlights to be checked out as they seemed dim. I received a very good video review. They said I needed a headlight have my oil changed and for my headlights to be checked out as they seemed dim. I received a very good video review. They said I needed a headlight replaced but the cost was over $600. I chose not to do it and asked to put everything back together. I went home and heard something rattling under the hood. Upon examination I found a bolt missing from the air filter housing and the mounting holding the pipe going into the air filter had been loosened and not tightened. I had to go back to the dealer to have the missing bolt replaced. They had checked my cabin filter and failed to replace in back in the housing correctly. Just not happy with the shop work at all.
