It’s difficult for me to express what I really feel about this dealership. As far as I know at this point my vehicle is fixed. I have a warranty to cover the service that was provided. I have dealt with dealerships both as a customer and as a service provider for over 50 years. Mike the writer did a good job as a communicator but I was really frustrated with the cost. It’s on me because I never should have ok’d this service without checking with other service providers. I feel that I paid way too much for this job. The parts alone were too much and either you are paying too much or I was taken advantage of. The only way that I will use your service again is if this job wasn’t fixed correctly and I have to return for warranty work. I also will not recommend your service and I will tell others about my experience. More
