Service department never is seamless Every single time I need to drop my car off for service there is always an issue. It is either they don’t fix the problem, I do not get a call with Every single time I need to drop my car off for service there is always an issue. It is either they don’t fix the problem, I do not get a call with status updates, or it takes double the time promised. This last time I brought my car, it was to fix an issue that was already supposed to be fixed. When trying to put my car in reverse or drive from Park it does not move. I even took a video to send it in when we’re dropping my car off. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks and was not fixed. The representative that was helping me was also incredibly rude. I traded my car in got rid of my Durango and got a new Ford Explorer. My husband also traded in his jeep wrangler for a Toyota. . The service department has tainted my experience of this dealership and unfortunately will never purchase a car here again. Something has got to be fixed in the service department More

Service I was told 1 1/2 hour for an oil change and recall. I returned 3 hours later and nothing had been done. I was now informed they sent photos on the rec I was told 1 1/2 hour for an oil change and recall. I returned 3 hours later and nothing had been done. I was now informed they sent photos on the recall and Jeep has not gotten back to them. They still have not called me 5 days later. The service guy assigned to me I have yet to meet. This is my 2nd Jeep And Ryan was wonderful yet I will not return to this dealership because of the service. More
Service standard inadequate I have never been overly impressed with the service at this dealership. There is a large turnover in service technicians, which is never a good sign. Communication is poor, and service appointments are overly lengthy at best. I prefer doing major service at the dealership, Bill Marsh, in Traverse City, Michigan. They get me in and out and fix the problerms. More

Lied to and have to do with stupidity Took my Jeep in for a recall. Service advisor said they would park it inside if it was kept overnight. I double check with him on that because I did Took my Jeep in for a recall. Service advisor said they would park it inside if it was kept overnight. I double check with him on that because I didn’t have my top and doors on. He said absolutely it would be parked inside over night. I went by the dealership at 10:30pm to check and it was left outside! Walked right up to it and the glove box, center console, and tailgate were all unlocked, after I locked them myself before I left. No security onsite and thankfully it didn’t rain. When I talked with the service manager the next day to express how upset I was, she said I should of never brought it to them without my top and doors on and they should of not accepted it. Totally passing the blame onto me and her service advisor. She had zero care for me or my jeep, which I have been upgrading for the last 4 years with my hard earned money. I will definitely spread the word on how customers and their vehicles are treated there. More
