He went above and beyond to expedite the repair quickly so that I could have my jeep back before the weekend. James communicated on a regular basis to keep me informed of progress. The car was out of warranty however given the safety issue, Jeep cover half the cost of the repair. I greatly appreciate James and Jeep's attention to customer satisfaction. Don't go there for a simple Oil Change They wouldn't let me make an appointment for an oil change. Just come in they said. So I did. When I got there he told me the wait was 1-1.5 hours.
