Terrible Customer Service I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for over 25 years but most recently purchased a Cadillac because of the poor service from Naples Dodge. I still I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for over 25 years but most recently purchased a Cadillac because of the poor service from Naples Dodge. I still own a Dodge that needed recall repair and other extended warranty items (Chrysler policy) fixed. I didn't want to drive all the way to Fort Myers but next time I will. They have had the car for a week and when I went to pick it up today after receiving a call that the car was finished I found out that only one strut was replaced...no one replaces only one strut ever. So after another hour and 44 minutes I received a loaner and was told my car would be completed hopefully by Thursday. The service folks are very nice...everyone there is but there is a real problem...you can't believe anything they tell you. The stories change daily from it will take 5 days for the part to come in to oh we worked miracles and got it in today your car is ready - when it truly isn't. The topper is phone calls are not returned. New ownership or some local Chrysler competition is clearly needed here! More

The only problem is the pricing of parts, It's not his fault, but the auto industry is still dragging its heels when it comes to innovation. This is par for the course, and it sucks that he works for this disruptive dinosaur. That's the nature of the of life though. The people need a villain, and its up to other people to find comfort. Thanks Pawel for making me realize that dealerships exist for cars and not customers. Oh Mildred is cool too, I like her, and I'm glad shes been there as many costs have risen and yet the Americans citizens paychecks haven't. Thanks again Pawel! I only recommend this dealership if you have enough money to have a proper relationship with them. If you have an older car, you probably shouldn't go here, even with their neato credit card (not with a local credit union, so there is still room for lots of collusion that the consumer still pays for.) I wish someone would have a system where you can pay over the internet, then pick your car up at your convenience, instead of theirs. Also, just have Pawel or other employee be available for a phone consultation while an app stores all the data you need on the car (making it transferable to other mechanics). The whole parts/labor and billing process always seems seedy, its just worse at larger companies because they have so many more costs to cover, like car inventory. More

My first visit Naples Dodge had my vehicle for 10 days due to the number of items that needed to be addressed, but Naples Dodge and FCA provided me with a brand new Chrysler 200 loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in service. The second service visit was for Naples Dodge to correct some minor TouchUp items from the previous visit but once again they provided first class service by providing me with a loaner vehicle for the two days that my vehicle was in service. They were very professional, very attentive. When I needed to contact my service advisor or the service manager I received a call or email back right away. They do offer almost VIP type treatment.
