Our service advisor, Michael Sullivan, called towards the end of the first day just to let us know his mechanic hadn't yet finished troubleshooting the problem - we very much appreciated the courtesy call. The problem was fixed the following day and tested fine on a camping trip to Siesta Key that weekend. By the way, a MUCH better service experience than we ever had with our Mercedes Sprinter! I’m disappointed about my visit yesterday at Jeep Naples. Not overall good service, The final report says all fluid were filled, I opened the hood and realized that it’s not the case. Buyer Beware.......Run for the Hills....these guys will promise you anything to get your check when you purchase your vehicle but the service stops there.....Tyrone, in the service department, was the rude promise you anything to get your check when you purchase your vehicle but the service stops there.....Tyrone, in the service department, was the rudest person I have met and management doesn't respond.....after waiting a week for the appointment time they gave me, I wasted a good portion of my morning attempting to get a recall notice taken care of to no avail.
